Interview: Neighbors stars Christopher Mintz-Plasse & Jerrod Carmichael

Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Jerrod Carmichael are two of the major scene stealers in NEIGHBORS, the hilarious new comedy opening this weekend. The duo play Scoonie and Garf, respectively, members of an obnoxious fraternity that makes the lives of their next door neighbors (Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne) a living hell. Mintz-Plasse you’re more than familiar with by now (SUPERBAD, KICK-ASS, etc.) but this is actually Carmichael’s first feature film. When you see the film, you’ll know why he won the part.

In the interview below, Mintz-Plasse, Carmichael and I talk about the brotherhood of the frat actors on set, Carmichael’s experience with his first major role, hazing their unfortunate co-star “Assjuice,” and NEIGHBORS 2: BACK IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.
