Screen Gems put out a second full theatrical trailer for their upcoming heist-gone-wrong actionner ARMORED, starring Matt Dillon, Laurence Fishburne, Jean Reno and Columbus Short.
Don’t know why they bothered with that second trailer though, it’s nothing more than the first one almost frame for frame but with a few very slightly different quotes and music cues.
In fact, I can’t tell why they bothered making the film period, since it’s basically HARD RAIN on a bright sunshiny day with Fishburne instead of Freeman. Although it IS directed by Nimrod Antal who made the absolute little gem KONTROLL. Meh, we’ll see. Cool poster though.
The film is set for release on December 4, that new trailer is right down here, and I’m off to watch KONTROLL again. Seriously cool movie.
