A kaiju-sized cat attacks in At Home with Amy Sedaris Season 2 trailer

Many of our readers will undoubtedly remember comedic actress Amy Sedaris as Jerri Blank, the forty-six-year-old ex-drug addict who returns to high school as a freshman for the 1999-2000 TV series STRANGERS WITH CANDY. Meanwhile, those of you who're like, "What the hell is STRANGERS WITH CANDY," will likely recognize Sadaris' squeaky vocals as the voice of Princess Caroline for Netflix's breakout animated series BOJACK HORSEMAN. Regardless of where you fall on the aging cinephile spectrum, I'm here to tell you that Sedaris is back, y'all, and this time she's got a brand-new, star-studded season of AT HOME WITH AMY SEDARIS to serve up to those looking for a bit of sketch comedy in their variety-related programming.

Created by Amy Sedaris and Paul Dinello, the 10-episode second season will again feature Sedaris in a conventional homemaking setting, though the program will once again be presented as anything but "conventional." While hosting a revolving door of celebrity guests, Sedaris and her colleagues in comedy will engage in such topics as how to curate a successful game night, caring for the ill, makeovers, and the art of entertaining teenagers, just to name a few.

Set to appear alongside Sedaris for the cringe-worthy (in a good way) comedy are guests Rose Byrne, Matthew Broderick, Justin Theroux, Susan Sarandon, Gillian Jacobs, Juliette Lewis, Ellie Kemper, Fred Armisen, Michael Shannon, Ana Gasteyer, John Early, and James Monroe Iglehart, among others. Oh, and not to worry, fans of Season 1, Cole Escola, David Pasquesi, Heather Lawless and Ana Fabrega are all coming back to reprise their roles.

In addition to creating and starring in the series, Sedaris will also executive produce alongside A24's Ravi Nandan. The series is set to make its return on Tuesday, Feb. 19th at 10 PM ET/PT via the truTV app and On Demand services.
