Amy Schumer & Goldie Hawn could use Liam Neeson’s help in Snatched trailer

Last Updated on July 31, 2021

This May is shaping up to be one for the ages, what with kids all excited for the GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY, ALIEN: COVENANT, PIRATES 5 pictures. But sprinkled in there are a few smaller movies that will try to show out alongside the bigger hitters, even though they will face a potentially serious beating. One of those movies is the Amy Schumer/Goldie Hawn kidnapping comedy, SNATCHED, which has the added interest of being Hawn’s first movie is 15 years. The first trailer for the movie has dropped, and it’s full of whacky misunderstanding and screaming.

Take a gander!

I think Schumer has gotten quite a bad rap from her dissenters on social media, but I quite like her with the right material. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t love TRAINWRECK, which Schumer also wrote (Judd Apatow also deserves kudos in the directing department), but I can’t say this looks like something I’d see. It will be good alternate content for those who want to avoid comic book movies, and could be a fun girls-night-out flick, if that’s your thing. I mean it isn't my thing…maybe after a couple of daiquiris…and some episodes of GREY'S ANATOMY…

The duo gets SNATCHED on May 12, 2017.
