Two more actors have joined the cast of Duncan Jones‘ WARCRAFT– Ben Foster and Dominic Cooper. These are two guys who I think deserve more credit then they get. Have you seen Cooper in THE DEVIL’S DOUBLE? Foster in 3:10 TO YUMA? I’m sure you have. I definitely recommend THE DEVIL’S DOUBLE if you didn’t get a chance to see it.
Foster and Cooper will star alongside Travis Fimmel (VIKINGS), Paula Patton (MISSION IMPOSSIBLE: GHOST PROTOCOL), Toby Kebbell (ROCKNROLLA), and Rob Kazinsky (PACIFIC RIM). Loving the cast on this so far!
We don’t know a lot about WARCRAFT right now except that it will involve “orcs, dragons, zombies, werewolves and elves in a medieval-like setting.” If you’ve played WoW before then you can only imagine what they will do. I know there will be some pretty epic battles, and the footage shown at Comic Con this year blew people out of the water. It’s been described as AVATAR meets GAME OF THRONES with a little GLADIATOR and CHRONICLES OF NARNIA for good measure. Jones plans to push the boundaries of PG-13 to give viewers the best experience possible. I’m down.
