God knows how long ago, we talked about THE BROTHERS BLOOM, director Rian Johnson’s follow-up to his critically acclaimed genre bending film noir BRICK. In it, Adrien Brody and Mark Ruffalo play the titular brothers who are master con artists looking to scam a very rich Rachel Weisz with their deadly near mute assistant Rinko Kikuchi in tow. For some reason, we’ve heard diddly squat from the film since however long ago we first mentioned it but Johnson’s apparently still churning away on it and if the review Quint from AICN recently posted is to be believed, it’s a damn good time. Click through to read what Quint had to say. The flick’s set for release October 24th.
