Cool Videos: Wes Anderson horror spoof “The Midnight Coterie of Sinister Intruders” on SNL

If Wes Anderson ever decided to branch out and make a horror film, is this what it would look like?

This weekend on SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE guest host and Anderson alum Edward Norton helped to lead a horror spoof that captured the director’s style. While I don’t think this is exactly how it would be, in a comedic aspect it’s pretty dead-on.

The fake trailer “The Midnight Coterie of Sinister Intruders” is cute, and hits all the correct hipster notes. That’s not meant badly, as I love the world that Anderson creates with each flick. You can catch Norton next in his second Anderson’s outing, THE GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL.
