Exclusive 1:1 Interview: Hugh Jackman talks Chappie!

We all associate Hugh Jackman with being a buff badass usually on the side of good, but in CHAPPIE, Neill Blomkamp's latest sci-fi action film, he's anything but. Jackman is going against type playing a weaselly, insecure (and mullet-rocking) office drone with delusions of grandeur and a massive chip on his shoulder. His Vincent Moore is technically the villain of the piece – after all, he wants to destroy sweet, good-natured robot Chappie! – but like most bad guys, the character sees himself as virtuous and, in his words, backed into a corner.

In the below interview, Jackman and I talk about his shady CHAPPIE character – and that mullet – working opposite Sharlto Copley, and the rumors his next WOLVERINE movie will co-star Patrick Stewart.
