Exclusive 1:1 Interview: Trainwreck Director Judd Apatow and Star Bill Hader

There is something about a Judd Apatow film. It can be crude, but with a big old heart inside. With films like KNOCKED UP, THIS IS 40 and THE 40-YEAR-OLD VIRGIN, he has managed to make you laugh and still feel a little something more than you would from your average comedic director. With TRAINWRECK - written by star Amy Schumer - he has a made a suprisingly poignant drama that happens to be abso-f*cking-lutely hysterical. Once again, this talented filmmaker brings a bit of comedic fun to the big screen with the help of an amazing cast including Amy, as well as her leading man, the incredible Bill Hader.

Recently, we sat down to chat with Apatow and Mr. Hader about this dramatic comedy, and about working with Amy. Apatow talked about the lack of an atypical bad guy and taking a more dramatic approach. As well as his latest, he talks about some of his up and coming plans in this extended 1:1 interview. Hader discussed his thoughts on being a part of this unusually - and charming - romantic comedy. We also chatted about prepping to be a sports doctor and working with LeBron James. It is always a pleasure to chat with both of these terrific fellas, and I look forward to watching this provocative and laugh out loud feature again.

TRAINWRECK will be arriving in theatres this Friday with Thursday evening screenings.
