Exclusive: Anna Faris takes a swim in this clip from Overboard

Should you ever find yourself being pushed overboard into the water by an eccentric millionaire after an argument you should always remember to match the motions of your arms and legs to create a gentle gliding motion, or else you’re going to have a bad time. Anna Faris has remembered this training and puts those swimming skills to the test in an exclusive clip for this summer’s new comedy, OVERBOARD, which will make its way into theaters May 4.

In the clip, Faris' Kate and co-star Eugenio Derbez's Leonardo are having an argument over Kate's unpaid cleaning services, leading him to shove her off the boat as it casts off. He follows up by throwing her cleaning equipment into the water after her. He clearly was very spoiled as a child. A person with any fiscal responsibility would never treat such valuable equipment in such a poor manner! Has he no sense?!

Here is a brief plot synopsis:

Kate is a single, working-class mother of three who's hired to clean a luxury yacht that belongs to Leonardo -- a selfish, spoiled and wealthy Mexican playboy. After unjustly firing Kate, Leonardo falls off the boat and wakes up with no memory of who he is. To get payback, Kate shows up at the hospital and convinces the confused amnesiac that they're married. As Leonardo tries to get used to manual labor and his new family, Kate starts to wonder how long she can keep fooling her fake husband.

OVERBOARD sails into theaters May 4.
