The new full trailer for the Neill Blomkamp directed, Peter Jackson produced sci mockumentary action adventure DISTRICT 9 shows us one thing – we need to start paying a hell of a lot more attention to this movie.
As the trailer shows, when aliens land, we sequester them in detestable slums in order to siphon their technology. When a search of the area exposes a federal agent to the aliens’ biotechnology, however, they slowly uncover a plot that seems to imply revolt. A revolt that also seems to involve alien terminators and transformers.
This flick’s gonna leave us with a ridiculous geek boner. Check out the trailer below. And check out the film August 14th.
