Gal Gadot wore Batman’s cowl as a way to wish fans a Happy Halloween

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Happy Halloween, everybody! Early this morning, WONDER WOMAN star Gal Gadot treated her fans to a fantastic photo of herself wearing Batman's iconic cowl. Beneath the mask, you can see that Gadot is sporting an intense stare with her dark brown eyes, as she reveals a slight smirk where Bruce's brooding grimace would normally be. Along with the image, Gadot wrote: "I'm batman" ???????? Happy Halloween!! Memories from @justiceleague@clayenos #iactuallygotexcitedwearingit

Here's my question: How good do you think Gadot's Batman voice is? I'd wager that it's mighty impressive, given all the time she's spent around her Batman co-star, Ben Affleck, while filming Zack Snyder's BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE in 2016, as well as Snyder's JUSTICE LEAGUE the following year. Personally, I'd love to hear her give it a go. Perhaps she'll post a video later in the day that showcases her Dark Knight vocal stylings. I mean hey, it's Halloween, so anything can happen, right?

Right now, Gadot is in the midst of filming WONDER WOMAN 1984 with her friends and director Patty Jenkins. Set for a June 5, 2020 release, the sequel finds Diana going toe-to-claw with Barbara Minerva a.k.a. Cheetah, as played by BRIDESMAIDS and SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE alumna Kristen Wiig. When speaking to Variety back in March, Jenkins told the outlet that she has elaborate plans for the follow-up to her 2017 box office smash by saying, "The sequel will also apparently be quite different from the first film. We’re actually making a totally different film with a lot of the same, similar like things that we love, but it’s its own movie completely, so it’s not ‘two’ to us. It’s an entirely new adventure together that we couldn’t be luckier [to do]." With plenty of time to go before the film's release, fans of the warrior princess will be forced to keep their patience in check as they await the return of DC's diplomatic heroine.

WONDER WOMAN 1984 stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal, Gabriella Wilde, Ravi Patel, and Natasha Rothwell, as well as an expected cameo by Lynda Carter. Be sure to catch all the action when the film arrives in theaters on June 5, 2020.
