Yesterday we brought you the poster, but today we’re one-upping that with a full-length trailer for Jared Hess’s GENTLEMEN BRONCOS via Apple. As you may have heard, the film follows a young homeschooled kid (Michael Angarano) who writes a sci-fiction book only to have it stolen by evil novelist Ronald Chevalier (Jemaine Clement).
I was speculating yesterday about the absurd characters that populated the poster, but now it’s a bit more clear what their roles are in the movie. They’re no less ridiculous, as a deer with built-in rocket launcher can never truly be explained away, but at least you get to know the context.
