Get your first look at Bradley Cooper and Ryan Gosling in The Place Beyond the Pines

It seems that the world is still impressed with DRIVE and Ryan Gosling’s performance. Oh, and I can’t forget about the soundtrack. I’m not surprised. I was overly impressed with director Nicolas Winding Refn after seeing BRONSON.

Now Gosling will soon be seen in Derek Cianfrance’s THE PLACE BEYOND THE PINES. The director worked with Gosling before on BLUE VALENTINE. The plot of this film is sort of reminiscent to that of DRIVE: “A motorcycle stuntman forced to give into a life of crime in order to provide for his family.” Bradley Cooper co-stars as a cop-turned-politician that is onto the stuntman. The film also features Greta Gerwig, Eva Mendes, Ray Liotta, and Ben Mendelsohn,
