Greasy Strangler director has a new probably also f*cked-up film on the way

Now, I'm not sure I liked THE GREASY STRANGLER. It was gross, off-putting, and honestly maybe it was trying way too hard. But you know what? It also had a singular, unique vision, and that's saying a lot these days. So I was always going to be curious what was next for director Jim Hosking.

Well, I didn't have to wait long! It seems he's already lined up his next film, AN EVENING WITH BEVERLY LUFF LINN. Here's the official synopsis, according to The Hollywood Reporter:

The story follows Lulu Danger, whose unsatisfying marriage takes a fortunate turn for the worse when a mysterious man from her past comes to town to perform a mysterious event called An Evening With Beverly Luff Linn; For One Magical Night Only.

Okay. I'm interested.

The film is also boasting an impressive f*cking cast, with Aubrey Plaza, Craig Robinson, Emile Hirsch, and Jemaine Clement joining in on the crazy fun.

Now, no official release date at this time (unfortunately), but you best believe we'll keep you posted on this shit.

But what about you Schmoes? Any fans of THE GREASY STRANGLER? And if so, what do you feel about the new film? Sound off below!
