UPDATED: Con footage! Here’s your first look from the set of Guardians of the Galaxy

UPDATE: The footage that was shown at Comic Con is in so you might want to get in while it’s hot and online. Good shit. There’s also a low-res pic of Pratt in the Star Lord helmet.

Unlike several comic book films, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY hasn’t been quick with revealing anything. To be fair, the development has taken some time which I think is completely necessary given the material. There was a footage, props., costuming, and an illustration of the main team. They looked great, and what we saw was pretty kick ass especially Karen Gillian’s bald head. Amy Pond would be a little freaked out.

Over the weekend, we got some set photos. Nothing too significant but we do get a look at the make-up design on the various extras. We’ve got some blue, yellow, pink, Nova Corps, and to bring in another DOCTOR WHO reference, what looks like one of the Sisters of Plenitude. See them run across the Millennium Bridge while filming continues in London. There’s a video of the action below.
