Losers Club kids from Muschietti's IT reboot choose their adult counterparts

With Andy Muschietti's IT reboot about to float on into theaters beginning on September 8th, the young adult cast of the film has been making the rounds in regard to promoting the re-imagined version of Stephen King's tale of terror. Recently, actors Jaden Lieberher, Finn Wolfhard, Jeremy Ray Taylor, Sophia Lillis, Wyatt Oleff, and Chosen Jacobs participated in a talk with EW Morning Live, and were asked whom they would like to see star as the adult versions of their characters in the sequel. Obviously, it's a total "dream casting" scenario, and is meant to be taken as a fun and entertaining exercise. That being said, you can never be sure if a casting agent is listening, and would perhaps consider their picks.

To start, STRANGER THINGS actor Finn Wolfhard chose comedic actor Bill Hader for the adult role of his character, Richie Tozier. Next, Chosen Jacobs said he'd like if Chadwick Boseman would to take on the role of the adult Mike Hanlon. Moving down the line, Sophia Lillis, who plays Beverly March in the film, would love it if her adult role was portrayed by Jessica Chastain. Jeremy Ray Taylor, who comes onto the film as Ben Hanscom, would like Chris Pratt to star as his adult counterpart. Continuing on, Jaeden Lieberher says he could see Christian Bale acting in the adult role of character Bill Denbrough. Lastly, Wyatt Oleff, who enters the film as Stanley Uris, would be delighted if Joseph Gordon-Levitt were to board the sequel as his adult version.

Heh. You've got to love the lofty imaginations of young actors. Certainly, if the IT sequel were to make these kids dreams come true, that would be one hell of a roster (not to mention expense) for when IT's film finale comes to town.

What do you think of these casting choices? Do you have ideas of your own for the adult roles of the Losers Club kids? If so, be sure to let us know what they are in the comments section below.

Andy Muschietti's IT will arrive in theaters on September 8th.
