With the release of EL CAMINO: A BREAKING BAD MOVIE set for an October 11 release on Netflix, fans of the series are eager to know who will return to the franchise for more drug-addled shenanigans. Three weeks ago, a teaser for the Breaking Bad sequel movie arrived to much fanfare online. In the trailer, we see Breaking Bad's Skinny Pete (Charles Baker) refusing to cooperate with police by withholding knowledge of Jesse Pinkman's (Aaron Paul) whereabouts. While Skinny Pete claims to have no clue as to where Jesse has run off to, could it be that Jesse's friend, Badger (Matt Jones), knows where the master chef of Blue Sky is hiding?

It's been announced today that Matt Jones will reprise his role as Badger for EL CAMINO: A BREAKING BAD MOVIE. Jones was featured in several episodes spread across the show's five season run, and was last seen in the series finale alongside his partner in crime, Skinny Pete. As a part of the show's final bow, Skinny Pete and Badger posed as inperceptible hitmen whose task it was to ensure that Walter White's (Bryan Cranston) former business partners established a trust for Walter's kids.

Details surrounding EL CAMINO: A BREAKING BAD MOVIE are scarce at this time, though a brief description was released alongside the film's teaser: "In the wake of his dramatic escape from captivity, Jesse must come to terms with his past in order to forge some kind of future."

Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan wrote and directed EL CAMINO: A BREAKING BAD MOVIE, which has Mark Johnson, Melissa Bernstein, Charles Newirth, Diane Mercer and Aaron Paul producing in association with Sony Pictures TV.

It's been ages since I've cooked up some BREAKING BAD on my flatscreen, though I must admit that I am very excited about this long-rumored project. Perhaps I'll whip up a batch of Breaking Bad cookies for the premiere and invite a few of my closest criminal friends to chow down. However the party goes down, I'm sure that I won't be the only one who devours this movie faster than an addict runs to his dealer on payday.

EL CAMINO: A BREAKING BAD MOVIE will premiere on Netflix on October 11.
