Netflix releases new clip for Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later

Like many of you, I was a huge fan of cult comedy classic WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER, which has bevy of who's-who cast members before they really hit it big (including Bradley Cooper, Elizabeth Banks, and Paul Rudd). Not only that, but it was crazy, ridiculous, and pitch-perfect encapsulation of the whole 80s camp film.

People were of course skeptical when Netflix's planned prequel FIRST DAY OF CAMP was announced, but those fears were alleviated when it turned out to be as funny, weird, and niche as the original. Now a sequel subtitled TEN YEARS LATER is coming soon again to the streaming site, and we got a new clip featuring new cast member Adam Scott. Let's take a look:

Not a long clip, but Michael Ian Black's reaction to everyone touching his baby is too real, and the PARKS AND REC reunion of Adam Scott and Amy Poehler (rocking an early 90s Madonna look) was fun as well. I'm definitely looking forward to it.

Meanwhile, WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER: TEN YEARS LATER will start streaming soon on August 4th.

Extra Tidbit: I hope they keep this up, possibly with a prequel where they're in preschool hanging out, but still played by the adult cast members.
