New Birds of Prey poster has Harley flying over the Cuckoo’s Nest

A new poster for BIRDS OF PREY (AND THE FANTABULOUS EMANCIPATION OF ONE HARLEY QUINN) has been unleashed that has Harley seeing stars. Okay, so they're not stars per say, more like birds. Either way, is anyone else getting a sweet Looney Tunes vibe from this new print? Perhaps Harley's been bonked on the head with her own mallet?

Each with their own pair of majestic wings, the poster features several players of the main cast, including Mary Elizabeth Winstead as Helena Bertinelli/Huntress; Jurnee Smollett-Bell as Dinah Lance/Black Canary; Ella Jay Basco as Cassandra Cain; Rosei Perez as Renee Montoya; Chris Messina as Victor Zsasz; and Ewan McGregor as Black Mask, and of course, Margot Robbie as the Qweenpin of Crime, Harley Quinn.

Here's the new poster in all of its fantabulous glory:

Directing the film is DEAD PIGS helmer Cathy Yan from a script by Christina Hodson (BUMBLEBEE, UNFORGETTABLE). Joining the aforementioned stars for DC's femme fatale-focused film are actors Ali Wong (FRESH OFF THE BOAT), Robert Catrini (AMERICAN CRIME STORY), Steven Williams (IT), and Derek WIlson (PREACHER).

While the film has yet to receive an official synopsis, word has it that the movie centers on Quinn, Canary and Huntress as they join forces to protect Cain after she gets in deep with the villanous Black Mask. Now that posters and teasers are beginning to make the scene, I feel as if it won't be long before a full-length trailer hits the net, and we're given a much better idea as to what we can expect when BIRDS OF PREY flies into theaters on February 7, 2020.
