New Fantastic clips

I’m starting to get the impression that the people behind the advertising campaign for FANTASTIC FOUR: RISE OF THE SILVER SURFER are trying to compete with TRANSFORMERS, but are getting it… well… wrong.

With the exception of HOSTEL 2, (and I could be wrong, but) I don’t think there are any films other than the aforementioned two that are releasing tons and tons of footage to get you pumped for their impending releases. Thing is though, the TRANSFORMERS clips are perfect; enough footage to excite you, but not so much as to spoil the entire set piece. For example, the last clip we got from TF was Bonecrusher attacking Prime on the freeway. We only get to see the build-up to the attack and then both of them falling to the ground (very 1986 TRANSFORMERS, by the way), which is enough! Unfortunately though, as you’ll see with this new FANTASTIC FOUR clip, we get to see almost an entire action piece. We get to see the team preventing the collapse of a Ferris wheel and save the terrified riders. How about not showing us everything, guys? How about saving something for the cinema?
