Disney animated movies have introduced more than a few now-classic songs into pop culture, and the biggest hit they've had in years came from 2013’s FROZEN with “Let It Go.” The song leapt off the movie screen and into people’s ear canals, where it nestled itself in and stayed there even after it won the Oscar for Best Original Song. Disney is no doubt hoping one of the songs from FROZEN 2 achieves the same level of popularity, and with not one, not two, but three new special looks you can get a taste of the new songs that will be booming through movie theater surround sound speakers (and bleed into quieter shows of THE IRISHMAN) come November.

We get to hear snippets from the new songs from writers Christophe Beck, Bobby Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez, the biggest and boldest of the three being “Into the Unknown”, sung by the powerhouse that is Idina Menzel. Her vocals made “Let It Go” a sensation, and perhaps her work will do the same here with this new ballad. The other two pieces, “The Next Right Thing” from Kristen Bell and the fun “When I Get Older” from Josh Gad don't command as much attention, but are still excellent hints of what's to come. These songs come with the release of the soundtrack list for the movie (via Billboard), featuring more songs sung by the aforementioned cast, as well as co-stars Evan Rachel Wood and Jonathan Groff. Oh, and did I mention Weezer, Panic! at the Disco and Kacey Musgraves will be doing renditions on the release? That seems very important to mention.

Listen to the songs and look at the tracklist below:

1.      “All is Found” – performed by Evan Rachel Wood

2.      “Some Things Never Change” – performed by Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Josh Gad and Jonathan Groff

“The songs and score of Frozen 2 reflect the growth of the characters and the deepening of their story,” said co-director Jennifer Lee when speaking with Billboard. “The music is fun but emotional, personal yet powerful, intimate but also epic. Kristen, Bobby and Christophe have definitely outdone themselves and taken the music to brave new heights.”

As I mentioned after the second trailer dropped there hadn’t been a lot of marketing around the music up until now, which is weird considering how popular the music was from the last movie. But Disney seems to be going all out now, getting audiences ready for the wave of new music that’s on the way, of which parents will have to hear on an endless loop for the next *checks watch* four months.

Here's the synopsis:

Why was Elsa born with magical powers? The answer is calling her and threatening her kingdom. Together with Anna, Kristoff, Olaf and Sven, she'll set out on a dangerous but remarkable journey. In “Frozen,” Elsa feared her powers were too much for the world. In “Frozen 2,” she must hope they are enough.

FROZEN 2 is in theaters November 22.
