New rumored plot details for J.J. Abrams’ Star Wars: Episode VII

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

After talking to a few sources, Latino Review has revealed a few new interesting plot details for STAR WARS: EPISODE VII. Obviously their latest report is just a rumor, so take the information below with a grain of salt.

Sources have told the site there will be a female villain in STAR WARS: EPISODE VII, and half of the sources believe she will be a Sith. The site is also reporting armor similar to Boba Fett's will make an appearance, and even though it's been thirty years since the events in RETURN OF THE JEDI, there still isn't a new Republic at the beginning of EPISODE VII.

The biggest rumor from the site's report in my opinion though is how they think John Boyega will be used in STAR WARS: EPISODE VII.

John Boyega isn’t a Jedi or a Padawan at the beginning of the movie, he’s the one that has the story arc that brings him into Star Wars’ greater universe. It has echoes of Luke’s arc in A New Hope.

None of these details sound so ridiculous that there's no way they could be true, however they are still only rumors at this point. Which actress do you think might be playing the female villain, and what are your thoughts on John Boyega's rumored story arc for STAR WARS: EPISODE VII?

J.J. Abrams' STAR WARS: EPISODE VII will be in theaters on December 18, 2015.
