The trailer for Guy Ritchie’s two-fisted sleuth adventure SHERLOCK HOLMES has arrived and, well… it’s a whole lot more jokey than I expected (or wanted, really).
It feels a bit like Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark got sucked through a time machine and spit out in Victorian-era London, and his zany attempts to acclimate to the period were captured on film with Ritchie’s box of standard visual tricks. Or maybe it’s just me.
Could be fun, if only because of the inherent and undeniable charm of the cast. Decide for yourself – check it below or in hi-def at Yahoo.
