Vin Diesel has released a few new set pics from his currently filming unnamed David-Twohy- directed Riddick sequel via his Facebook page. I actually caught the tail end of THE CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK this weekend and enjoyed it more than I remembered. Out of all his roles, I think that Riddick is the most stand out and fitting for Vin Diesel.
While PITCH BLACK and THE CHRONICLES OF RIDDICK are very different films in terms of theme, the character remains the same. With their talk of doing an R-rated hybrid of the two, I think we may be in for a hell of a good time.
