The red band trailer for Movie 43 is packed with stars acting like hilarious a-holes

The green band trailer for MOVIE 43 aired at the end of Tosh.0 tonight and I laughed a few times, especially at the Terrence Howard basketball scenes. Comedy Central posted the full red band version online and it feels like the Farrelly Brothers we have been missing. Check out the trailer below. Very NSFW.

I love the sheer number of celebrities acting like assholes in this trailer. The fact that every single one of them is willing to debase themselves for the sake of comedy makes this worth seeing. The Chris Pratt-Anna Faris and Liev Schrieber-Naomi Watts segments feature the real life couples playing couples while no one would ever expect some of the other actors to deliver the lines they do. I just hope this is not one of those trailers that features the only funny parts in the movie.

MOVIE 43 is an anthology comedy that will feature 25 shorts from 12 different directors including Patrik Forsberg, Peter Farrelly, Elizabeth Banks, Steven Brill, Steve Carr, Rusty Cundieff, James Duffy, Griffin Dunne, James Gunn, Bob Odenkirk and Brett Ratner. That is a lot of directors to go along with a huge cast including Elizabeth Banks, Kristen Bell, Anna Faris, Jimmy Bennett, Leslie Bibb, Kate Bosworth, Gerard Butler, Kieran Culkin, Josh Duhamel, Richard Gere, John Hodgman, Hugh Jackman, Johnny Knoxville, Beth Littleford, Justin Long, Aasif Mandvi, Jack McBrayer, Stephen Merchant, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Chloë Grace Moretz, Liev Schreiber, Seann William Scott, Tony Shalhoub, Emma Stone, Jason Sudeikis, Uma Thurman, Matt Walsh, Patrick Warburton, Naomi Watts, Jeremy Allen White, and Kate Winslet.

MOVIE 43 opens January 25, 2013.
