2014’s THE LEGO MOVIE proved many things, but above all that Batman makes everything better. Will Arnett’s gravelly-voiced, smug and downright silly version showed us a new side of the character we’ve never seen, and now he has been deemed awesome enough to get his own movie. With only two months away we’ve seen plenty of teasers and trailers, but as the poster has hinted there’s a bevy of characters we have yet to see pop up. Thanks to an extended TV spot we now have a better look at some of those characters, including Joker’s team of baddies and Batman’s team of…goodies?

Though I loved near everything about LEGO MOVIE Batman truly was a standout character, mostly thanks to Will Arnett completely making the character his own by making him a bit of a super-serious buffoon. Though he may be buffoonish, he’s still Batman, and he’s full of darkness and awesomeness.
