Tom Cruise shares new Mission: Impossible – Fallout pic, trailer coming soon

According to Tom Cruise, fans of the Mission: Impossible franchise can look forward to seeing a sleek, new trailer for MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – FALLOUT in just 5 days time! The announcement of the footage debut comes courtesy of Cruise's official Instagram account, where he recently posted a new image of his Ethan Hunt character locking eyes with Rebecca Ferguson's Ilsa Faust.

Here is the official synopsis for MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – FALLOUT:

The best intentions often come back to haunt you.  MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – FALLOUT finds Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) and his IMF team (Alec BaldwinSimon PeggVing Rhames) along with some familiar allies (Rebecca FergusonMichelle Monaghan) in a race against time after a mission gone wrong.  Henry CavillAngela Bassett, and Vanessa Kirby also join the dynamic cast with filmmaker Christopher McQuarrie returning to the helm.

Recently, while appearing on The Graham Norton Show, Cruise brought along an official clip of the moment in which he broke his ankle by slamming against the side of a wall, during the filming of an intense action sequence for the forthcoming action blockbuster. Now that Cruise is all healed up, and the final touches are being made to the film, we can all just sit back and relax as the hype train comes barreling through for Christopher McQuarrie's latest pulse-pounding spy thriller.
