Exclusive interview: Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter’s Benjamin Walker and Timur Bekmambetov

Last week I brought you a report from the ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER press event that was held in Springfield, Ill; read it HERE for a refresher. Said event was to help get us ready for the unusual summer release and familiarize us with its unlikely premise – as well as its star, Benjamin Walker, who up until now is anything but a household name.

Toward the end of the event, I was able to sit down for 2-minute chat with Mr. Walker and helmer Timur Bekmambetov to discuss the film; 2 minutes isn’t very much, of course, but hopefully this brief getting-to-know-you session with the film’s actor and director will leave you wanting more from ABRAHAM LINCOLN: VAMPIRE HUNTER.
