Will McG finally gets his hands on Wonder Woman?

So Wonder Woman will get some time on-screen, even if it is only for television.

Four days ago, NBC announced that they were giving the greenlight to a David E. Kelley produced series. Kelly seemed semi-confident about the project saying that he was, "optimistic that we’re going to do it. We’ve got a script that [Warner Bros. TV] and DC are very excited about.” The producer's take sees Diana as an L.A. based, "corporate executive and modern woman also juggling her side job as a vigilante crimefighter."

Now it looks like NBC has reached out to McG to direct the pilot for the new series. McG has been rumored with Wonder Woman since 2008 when it was originally thought that the hot amazon piece of ass would get a movie.

On top of all this, Lake Bell dropped some hints that she would make a great female superhero. To be more specific, she said this, "On my lists of things to do in my life—I mean, I campaign for it—is, I just want to play a superhero at some point..."And I'm fine with kicking a guy's ass. I'll be honest, I think I'd make a great Wonder Woman. So if anyone out there is listening..." Hell of a time to throw your name out there.

Actually Bell might make a pretty decent Wonder Woman in my humble opinion. You got any other ideas?

Lake Bell. Yeah, she'll do.
Extra Tidbit: In the 2009 animated film, WONDER WOMAN, Keri Russell did the voice of Diana.
