A comedy based on a William Boyd book about the goings on in the Nigerian part of Africa, at the time of the oil boom when a lot of corruption was taking place. A young secretary (Coliln Friels) to the British High Commissioner in Africa (Sean Connery) learns about chasing skirts and carrying out his boss’ dirty work.
