Ron Howard announces his start on Han Solo movie via Twitter pic

Tthe news that Ron Howard would be taking over the HAN SOLO movie was so big people living under rocks know what went down, and even those whackos think the situation was insane. The story was the big topic last week, with Howard quickly replacing directors Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. Word had spread as to when Howard would get started on the movie with the word “immediately” being tossed around. Well, the word was accurate, as Howard took to Twitter to announce he is already on the set and working on the film.

The director snapped a photo of himself on the set as they were shooting what he called a “cool scene,” but of course he could only show us a certain angle:

At least we know they serve water on the set of HAN SOLO movie. See, things aren’t so bad over there!

Okay the news isn’t the photo, but the fact that Howard is already hard at work on the STAR WARS prequel. It seems like the world turned upside down only yesterday, as story after story broke revealing the troubled aspects of what we thought was a smooth production. Though seems to have quickly gotten back on track, fans will continue to worry about the state their favorite rogue’s solo movie until its release in May 2018. Sorry, I know it’s too soon for puns.

Given how badly this could’ve messed things up for the movie I’m just glad the flick is moving ahead to meet the release deadline. Despite many of you thinking the flick isn’t really a good idea, and/or that Howard isn’t the right choice for the movie, I’m trying to stay optimistic that in the end we’ll have a solid movie. The movie has all the keys to becoming a great blockbuster, like…lots of bottles of water.

The UNTILTED HAN SOLO STAR WARS ANTHOLOGY FILM arrives May 2018.
