Yes, Chris Tucker’s still not understanding the words that are coming out of Jackie Chan’s mouth. Yes, there’s still an insane amount of shit blowing up most times for no apparent reason. Yes, it’s a Brett Ratner film. And yes, it’s RUSH HOUR 3. It’s not looking to reinvent the wheel.
