Stephen King calls A Quiet Place an extraordinary piece of work

I don't know about you but I rushed out to check out John Kransinski's A QUIET PLACE co-starring his wife Emily Blunt asap this past weekend. I'm pretty sure you did too as the film scored a killer $50 million at the weekend box-office. That's impressive as fuck!

On top of the massive bank the film snagged this weekend, the movie has a solid 97% on Rotten Tomatoes and if all of that weren't enough, it looks like Mr. Stephen King himself loved the film.

Stephen King on Twitter:

A Quiet Place is an extraordinary piece of work. Terrific acting, but the main thing is the SILENCE, and how it makes the camera's eye open wide in a way few movies manage.

Amen, Mr. King. If felt the film was a major success for director John Krasinski as well and I can only imagine the director is over the moon to hear the (well-deserved) praise the film is getting. What did you think of A QUIET PLACE? Do you plan to check it out again in theaters? Make sure to hit us up and let us know in the comments below or on social media!

Synopsis:
