THE PSYCHIATRIST stars David Hoyle (Uncle David, Velvet Goldmine, Nathan Barley) as Dr. Rosenburg, an insane psychiatrist who attempts to talk his most vulnerable patients into suicide, but when people connected to him who aren’t his patients start turning up dead, Detective Haim (Corey McVann) starts to investigate. Matters become more complicated when the Doctors son, William, played by Nathan Head (The Zombie Kind, The Sleeper Effect, Exorcist Chronicles), returns home after a business trip to find his wife missing. As the police and the dead souls of the Doctors victims close in, Dr. Rosenburg decides to take matters into his own hands.
