Poole explains the film as “condemnation and redemption, fallen angels and demons. Forget what you learned in Sunday school; REQUIEM is a mashup of BLADE RUNNER and CONSTANTINE, told in the visual style of 300 and UNDERWORLD.” Starring in the film will be Tony Moran and Alex Del Monacco. Moran is, of course, the original face of Michael Myers. You know when Myers was unmasked in HALLOWEEN? That was Moran. (Mind you, Nick Castle played The Shape in the rest of the film.) Alex Del Monacco is the extremely beautiful and sexy Playboy model pictured.
Poole had some interesting things to say pertaining to the characters in the film. In regards to Del Monacco’s character: “…the most sultry and sexy angel the screen has ever seen. She will redefine what people think of when they say the phrase ‘touched by an angel.’ ” And Poole says Moran will play: “the King of the Archangels—he will deliver swift and devastating vengeance on those who dare to interfere with his mission on Earth.” He explains the character further as “a mythological legitimacy to my Gothic vision of Earth becoming a dark battleground between heaven and hell, the fallen and the heavenly host, the redeemed and the damned.”
