2 more Wolfman posters

Happy Thanksgiving y’all! Just yesterday we saw a new international one-sheet for Joe Johnston’s retelling of classic cinematic horror story THE WOLFMAN. Well, why not digest all that damn tryptophan with a couple more posters for the film!

Yup, Empire Online has just unveiled another pair of ads for Benicio Del Toro starrer, each with a varying play on the basic tagline: “The Legend is Alive” (“When the Moon is Full, The Legend Comes to Life”). The first poster again shows the man-beast in question, replete with a drool-strand dangling from a no doubt blood-parched mouth. In the background is Emily Blunt’s character (Gwen Conliffe) looking all angelic and whatnot. The second poster is a colorized version of one we’ve seen before, in which Gwen hides in the woods.

In case that food has jacked your memory, THE WOLFMAN gets going when:

Lawrence Talbot, a haunted nobleman, is lured back to his family estate after his brother vanishes. Reunited with his estranged father, Talbot sets out to find his brother… and discovers a horrifying destiny for himself. Talbot’s childhood ended the night his mother died. After he left the sleepy Victorian hamlet of Blackmoor, he spent decades recovering and trying to forget. But when his brother’s fiancée, Gwen Conliffe, tracks him down to help find her missing love, Talbot returns home to join the search. He learns that something with brute strength and insatiable bloodlust has been killing the villagers, and that a suspicious Scotland Yard inspector named Aberline has come to investigate.

THE WOLFMAN attacks theaters February 12, 2010.
