25/8 Set Vids

In my opinion, Wes Craven is one of the best directors out there. He’s a personal hero of mine and a legend in the genre. There’s no arguing that. So any fan of the genre, and especially any fan of Craven’s, should be stoked about his upcoming original project 25/8, which we last told you about here.

Well those hip cats over at Dread Central recently gave us all a heads up that a couple videos fresh from the set of 25/8 have hit YouTube.

I’ve thrown those vids up below. Just scroll down to check them out. I suppose I should warn of potential spoilers, so read/view with caution!

One video has an ambulence cruising along until it takes some nasty tumbles, good stuff.

Even better stuff is the second video, which has another ambulence (maybe the same one?) bursting into flames once the magic word (Action!) is spoken. That’s some cool sh*t.

25/8 is about a serial killer who returns to his hometown to stalk seven children who share the same birthday as the date he was allegedly put to rest. It’s both written and directed by Craven (above) and is currently filming in Connecticut. It stars Max Thieriot, Denzel Whitaker, Elena Hurst, Zena Grey (below), Frank Grillo, Trevor St. John, and Emily Meade.
