Andie MacDowell hasn’t really been in the game for a while but she might be getting a little bump in her profile with an upcoming weird sounding drama/thriller AS GOOD AS DEAD. She, Brian Cox, Cary Elwes, Jess Wexler and Laura Harring star in a story centering on a left-wing extremist (Elwes) who kills a white supremacist reverend (Cox). MacDowell plays Cox’s widow with Wexler playing Elwes’ wife and Harring playing his neighbor. Weird, right? But it could be interesting, especially if MacDowell and Harring are looking as delicious as they once did. Jonathan Mossek is directing from a script he wrote with Erez Mossek and Eve Pomerance. Shooting is currently underway in New York.
