3 More go to Battle

The last we heard about BATTLE: LOS ANGELES was back in March, when Scott Silver was joining the battle by jumping aboard to re-write the script. The movie already had a star in Aaron ‘Two-Face’ Eckhart and a director in Jonathan Liebesman. So the fact that the script was being re-written didn’t seem too positive… but worry not!

The Hollywood Reporter drops word that three fairly big names have joined Eckhart in the Battle for LA! Those names are: Michelle Rodriguez, Bridget Moynahan, and Michael Pena. Alright… to be completely honest only one of those names are actually joining the film as a part of Eckhart’s alien battling platoon… can you guess which one? Michelle Rodriguez of course! Rodriguez (above) joins the film as ‘Crpl. Adriana Santos, a member of a radio battalion.’ Moynahan (below) will be playing a veterinarian while Pena is set to be the father of a boy the Marines find along the way.

BATTLE: LOS ANGELES follows a Marine staff sergeant (Eckhart) and his new platoon as they battle against an alien invasion on the streets of Los Angeles. Eckhart can do no wrong, Liebesman hasn’t done any wrong in my eyes and Moynahan is hot. I’m game! Production on BATTLE: LOS ANGELES is set to start this fall so keep it here for updates!
