You know what next week is? That’s right… October! Which means Halloween is right around the corner, as is our month of absolute awesome horror! But we don’t get to just enjoy our favorite horror flicks at home, as there are a few genre flicks hitting the theater as well…. including the long awaited and much anticipated 30 DAY OF NIGHT!
Based on the series of graphic novels by Stephen Niles, NIGHT looks like it may very well be the best vampire movie – and all out horror movie – to have hit in a long time! Strictly judging from the trailer alone, I’d have to say this movie will likely rock our socks off… but if you needed more reasons, just check out the mass amount of pics Columbia released for the film today. Yeouza!
Mostly featuring stars Josh Hartnett and the always smokin’ hot Melissa George, the new pics also feature some seriously pissed off vampire action, and there ain’t nothing wrong with that! I’m already digging the film’s overall color palate, as the element of total darkness throughout is definitely one that calls for some serious style… and it looks like director David Slade pulled it off with flying colors!
