After what seemed like forever, NECA finally took the wraps off their preview of one of their figures based on Frank Miller’s upcoming Spartan flick, 300. The figure in question is Gerard Butler’s character, Leonidas, King of the Spartan army that faces off against the juggernaut that is the Persian Empire.
Other figures scheduled for release include The Immortal, Queen Gorgo and Ephialtes. The figures are expected to hit at about the same time as the film, (March 9, 2007), so no scrambling for pre-orders just yet. In the meantime, check out the trailer one more time for the film at its official site.
