If you thought torture porn was on its way out, think again. While there isn’t a SAW or HOSTEL rip-off every other week, torture porn still being made… case in point is the UK indie flick 8IGHT LIMBS, from writer/directors Jamie Rae & Daniel Anscombe.

First off, 8IGHT LIMBS goes a bit like this: a notorious serial killer dubbed ’The Twin Torturer’ has sporadically kidnapped, tortured and murdered at least eight victims in the past decade – all of them within a few hundred yards of each other.

While I dig the ‘8’ in 8IGHT LIMBS, I think a way cooler title would have been THE TWIN TORTURER because it just sounds badass–but then again, 8IGHT LIMBS works pretty well too.

So if you were one of those silly few who thought torture porn had fully disappeared, then shame-shame know your name!
