Justin Ishmael and his team at Mondo only found out they were going to Comic-Con two weeks ago. Needless to say that didn’t leave them a lot of time to prepare. They were back in the far reaches of the convention center but with all the cool items they brought – including six CAPTAIN AMERICA posters – their booth was as packed as any in center of the floor.
I stopped by to talk to Justin about the past, present and future of Mondo and what they brought to Comic-Con this year. Needless to say that next year you can expect a far bigger presence at the Con and, considering the year 2012 has for us, some really awesome posters.
