G.I. Joe 2 gets a French ninja?

JoBloJoBlo

With Dwayne Johnson signing up with the good guys and Channing Tatum back for more action in G.I. JOE 2: COBRA STRIKES, the production is starting to gather the rest of the team.

Joining the Joes’ international roster is French actress Elodie Yung, perhaps best known for kicking ass with sharp hair in the Besson-produced sequel DISTRICT 13: ULTIMATUM. Yung will play ninja team member Jinx (who, if the movie incorporates comic lore, may be related to enemy ninja Storm Shadow).

Jon Chu (STEP UP 2 and 3, JUSTIN BIEBER: NEVER SAY NEVER) is directing, and while we’ll surely see Snake Eyes again, we haven’t yet heard which other characters will fill the ranks or who might be the comic relief/asshole if Marlon Wayans doesn’t come back.

Yung will next be seen getting sweaty with Rooney Mara’s Lisbeth Salander in David Fincher’s adaptation of THE GIRL WITH THE DRAGON TATTOO. Meanwhile, you can see her below in non-lesbian action:
