This may sound odd but I’m really looking forward to KUNG FU PANDA 2. I enjoyed the original a lot and the early test footage I saw of that film in 3D has me excited to see what they’ll do with the format in the sequel. As for PUSS IN BOOTS, I’m decidedly less excited. Puss was great as a supporting character but I was never convinced he could carry his own movie. The fact that they gave him the DreamWorks cliche “strut your stuff to pop music” trailer already is making me cringe.
Both trailers will be in theaters this weekend with RANGO but you can check out both of them below. What do you think?
