Given the success of the first SEX AND THE CITY feature film, it was inevitable that a sequel would at least be considered and, sure enough, today comes confirmation that a sequel is not only on the way but on somewhat of a fast track.
The four principal sassy gals – Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis – have already signed on to the sequel even though no script has been written or start date set for production, as has the film’s writer-director-producer Michael Patrick King.
Even though no script is written or start date has been set, New Line hopes to get the project in theaters by 2010. You guys have any ideas for the sequel? Carrie’s honeymoon? Charlotte adopts a Somali orphan? Samantha has more sex? Miranda continues being the extremely boring one?
