“Empire” is really on the ball with the upcoming movie pics. First, they unload some nifty new pics from Michael Bay’s battling bots sequel TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN and now they’ve gotten a new look at cantankerous but adventurous septuagenarian Carl Fredricksen and his spunky sidekick Russell in Pixar’s upcoming flick UP. In the film, Carl finds that he’s reached 78 years old without fulfilling his dream of going to South America so he straps about ten thousand balloons to his house and sets off on an adventure that takes him to South America and…beyond.
