Current polygamous sister-wife Chloe Sevigny, along with Rhys Ifans and David Thewlis are just about signed on the dotted line to topline the biopic MR. NICE. Under director Bernard Rose from his own script, the film chronicles the life of drug dealer turned UK spy Howard Marks. It’s based on Marks’ best-selling autobiography. Ifans will portray Marks as he goes from post-Oxford grad teacher to drug smuggler in the 1960s to impress his wife (Sevigny). While enlisting the aid of an Irish Republic Army boss (Thewlis) during a job, he’s recruited by a British Intelligence officer to become part of a network of informants. Throughout his entire career as a drug dealer/spy, he only managed to spend 7 years in jail. Sevigny can next be seen continuing her polygamous adventures in the HBO drama “Big Love”, Ifans can next be seen in the crime drama THE INFORMERS and Thewlis is set to reprise his role as Remus Lupin in HARRY POTTER AND THE HALF-BLOOD PRINCE.
