What was once the simple but goddamned important and poignant quest of two stoners wanting to acquire some White Castle burgers at all costs has now morphed into a kinda weird story about two stoners attempting to escape authorities after being labeled as terrorists in the upcoming HAROLD AND KUMAR ESCAPE FROM GUANTANAMO BAY. There’s potential for the funny, of course, and there’s no doubt that there will be plenty of funny in the flick but did their journey this time around have to involve an element of terrorism? This isn’t to hate on it, really. Just saying, they’re potheads, for the love of Pete. In any case, it’s good to see that the smoking hot Paula Garces is back as Harold’s latina lovely Maria. Check out a brand spanking new poster for the film to the right and then see it in all its bigness HERE. Harold & Kumar become fugitives on April 25th of next year.
